～夏越の祓・茅の輪をくぐって上半期の邪気を払おう～

We will visit Kurumazaki-shrine to cleanse away the impurities of the
first half of the year. In the shrine, we can pass through special grass ring called chinowa. This is one of the most important seasonal events in Kyoto.

今回の街歩き旅は車折神社です！
本格的な夏を迎えるにあたり、上半期の邪気を払う季節行事、夏越の祓に参加します。茅の輪と呼ばれる特別な輪をルールに則りくぐることで、難を逃れることができると考えられてきました。京都の伝統行事の中でも大切な季節行事となります、
みんなで交流しながら邪気を払い、気持ち良く夏を迎えましょう！
