Join us at 5:30 pm on the first and third Wednesday evenings for a half-hour meditation. We’ll spend about 30 minutes in guidance/instruction, followed by a light, informal discussion. This is a lovely way to take time out of your week and come together as a community. All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary.
