We're Back!
Some of you have been part of this community for years. Others joined more recently but haven’t yet had the chance to connect. That’s because—for a while—I had to step away.

In the last few years, I had two strokes that really knocked me down. It was humbling, disorienting, and at times deeply discouraging. But in the middle of it all, I found myself returning to the very practices I’ve spent years writing and teaching about—simple truths that have helped me (and many of you) find peace, one moment at a time.

Now, after time to heal, I’m feeling more clear, more alive, and more grounded than ever.

Whether this is your first gathering or you’ve been in this group for a while—I’d love for you to join me.

What We’ll Explore:
Are you tired of being pulled around by every thought or mood that shows up in your mind?

What if peace isn’t something to chase—but something to return to, again and again?

In this encouraging session, I’ll share how recognizing that “the mind is just thinking again” can break emotional cycles and lighten our daily lives.

We’ll talk, reflect, and reconnect to what’s always been available: clarity, calm, and the joy of being present.
