SnapPea Design is a Waterloo Region studio working across product strategy, UX/UI, and go-to-market. This group is where we host UX Therapy, a monthly gathering built around solving real product, UX, and marketing problems together.

It's for founders, product managers, developers, marketers, and designers, anyone building a product and stuck on a real challenge like conversion, onboarding, retention, or messaging.

Here's what to expect at our events. You bring one real problem, take a few minutes to explain it, and the room works through it with honest feedback and practical ideas while we facilitate and add perspective. Expect coffee and refreshments, candid conversation, and a few new connections. No presentations, no pitching, no selling.
We challenge your thinking first, then help you find what actually works.

Each session, attendees can bring a real-world challenge they're facing. You'll have a few minutes to explain the issue, and then the room will work through ideas, experiences, and potential solutions together.
