If you are looking for an international triathlon club and are interested in coached sessions this one’s for you. Unfortunately we cannot coach any swimming beginners at this point.
For our swim class you should roughly be able to swim 2k in an hour.
Join us for a free test training at anytime and meet our great coaches Mario, Keean and Marcus.
You will also get a weekly online training plan from us for your best possible improvements.
Weekly schedule:
Tuesday: swim with Keean
Wednesday or Thursday: run with Marcus
Saturday: long swim with Keean or Mario
Saturday or Sunday: Bike ride with Mario

🏃♂️ TRIATHLON MEETUP MUNICH – 5K FUN RUN @ WESTPARK 🏃♀️
Westpark Parkrun, Nestroystrasse, Munich, DEHey triathletes and fitness enthusiasts! 💪
I’m excited to invite you to join our Triathlon Munich Meetup Group for a fantastic 5K run this Saturday morning at Westpark Parkrun!
We’ll enjoy two scenic laps through the beautiful Westpark, surrounded by nature and great company — a perfect way to kick off the weekend! 🌳☀️📅 When: Saturday – Race briefing at 8:50 AM
🏁 Start: 9:00 AM sharp
📍 Meeting point: The bench right in front of the finish line (look for me wearing a BLUE IRONMAN CAP 🧢)

Weekend Escape: FSA Bike Festival

Ready to kick off the cycling season at Europe’s most iconic event? I’m heading to the FSA Bike Festival at Lake Garda and I’m looking for 3 more people to complete the crew!
This isn't just about the expo; it’s about riding together through some of Italy’s best scenery.
The Highlights:
Epic Riding: We’ll do group rides (MTB/Gravel/Road) on the legendary trails around Riva and Torbole.
Ride for Free: Access to 1,500+ top-tier test bikes (try that dream E-bike or Carbon Gravel bike for free!).
The Vibes: Expo, "Open Night" party on Saturday, and stunning lake views.
The Plan:
📅 When: Leaving Thursday (April 30th) at 16:00; returning on Sunday (May 3rd).
📍 Pickup: Munich Laim (U5 Friedenheimer Str).
🏠 Stay: We have a private apartment in Nago-Torbole (perfect base for rides and sunset aperitivos).💰 Total Price: 180€ (Includes 3 nights of accommodation + round-trip transport for you and your bike!)
