About us
A place for you to write and meet other local writers! You don't need to be a professional writer or have anything published. Welcome to all ages and backgrounds. A lot of writing groups tend to be based in pubs, and I wanted to create one where people who didn't drink or who weren't comfortable with alcohol-based spaces could have a safe space to meet and write. Completely FREE however you are encouraged to buy a drink or something food at the places we meet out of courtesy.
The plan is to write for the first hour and then the second hour feel free to chat, continue writing or do whatever.
I am a published author myself so I'm very enthusiastic about everything to do with writing and books and happy to chat to anyone about it too!
