THREE WAYS YOU WILL BECOME A BETTER COMMUNICATOR

1. Prepared Speeches
   This is what most people first think of with Toastmasters and preparing a presentation to meet specific criteria is the core of Pathways (Toastmasters learning program). You can opt to ease in with a short presentation (just 1-2 minutes) and progress up to much longer, more challenging tasks as your confidence grows.
2. Impromptu Speaking
   Being able to speak without notice is not just a speaking skill - it's a life skill. Think of how being more able to articulate your ideas 'on the spot' could help you: discussions, meetings, interviews (even job interviews). One of the main advantages is it also makes you less worried about 'mind blanks' in your prepared speaking.
3. Receiving and Giving Advanced Feedback
   Toastmaster's evaluation is a positive, supportive way of helping others through your insights. Every time you speak at a Toastmasters meeting you can receive feedback on what went well and how you could improve. At Brisbane Sunrise Speakers we offer advanced feedback from experienced speakers and insightful assessment using innovative formats and the latest technology (including AI). Learning the techniques of effective TM evaluation allows you to give positive reinforcement and critical feedback in a caring, supportive way - a really important life skill in every aspect of our lives.

CONTINUOUS GROWTH
We are continually looking for ways to improve. We see the Toastmasters Program as a foundation...not an end point. We look at ways that speaking confidence can be improved using the latest technology, creative local input and the professional experience of our network. Here are four sessions you can view:
