Participants are required to attend all 4 sessions.

Course format
Day 1 - Witness a gratitude ceremony, receive your personal mantra, meditate for the first time following my simple instructions and guidance

Day 2 - We refine your technique and practice meditating together. Then we talk about how to fit this transformational technique into your life, and what to do in a range of different situations and circumstances. Q&A.

Day 3 - We refine your technique and practice meditating together. We talk about the mechanics of meditation and how stress is being released from the body. Q&A.

Day 4 - We refine your technique and practice meditating together. We talk about the long term benefits of meditation and how to get the most out of this practice. Q&A.

After the course you are a fully self-sufficient meditator.
