Black Nore Lighthouse – Clevedon Marine Lake loop from West End - 25 km

Summary:
This loop walk starts at Clevedon, goes through St Margrats Bay, Layde bay, Portishead and Cadbury Camp. Approximately 40% of the walk is along the coast. The length of the walk is 25 km and needs expert level fitness. Though there is an option to leave at Portishead.
Logistics:
Meet at Bristol Bus and Coach Station at 9.30 am. We will take the X6 at 9.43 am and will reach Triangle (Stop S), Clevedon at 10.20 am. We will start the walk at approx. 10.30 am. We will have lunch around 1 pm near Portishead. We will be back at clevedon around 5 pm. We will take the bus back to Bristol from Clevedon at 6.09 pm and will reach Bristol at 7.07 pm. We will try to have a pub stop before the bus for a drink.
Please feel free to join the hike at Traingle (Stop S), Clevedon at 10.30 am.
Bring:
Packed lunch, snacks, water (1.5 to 2 liters), walking kit, hiking boots, waterproof jacket and warm layers.

Terrain:
