For those able, you will be bending, getting on the ground, lifting or being lifted, etc. so wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Please, no open-toed shoes. Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty and possibly stained with moulage. We will be outside some so please bring outer clothing appropriate for the weather.

Please bring a pen or pencil and a notebook, if note taking is desired. Also please bring lunch and any drinks or snacks you’d like to have.
Prerequisite:
CPR/AED is a prerequisite for this class. If you are already CPR/AED certified, please email or bring a copy of your unexpired certification. If you are taking CPR/AED as part of this class, there will be online coursework to do ahead, with a skills check-off during class. The link to your online coursework will come via email after payment is received.
Certification:
At the end of the class, there is a multiple-choice test. If you participate fully and pay attention during class you should have no trouble earning the minimum 80% to pass.
