Three Hills Hike!!!

WHAT: This is a moderate hike in the Three Hills area in The Westside Community Park.
We will hike to the ridge of the hills to enjoy the views of our city and the surrounding areas.
This hike is about two miles.

WHEN: Meet at 7:00 am. and we start our hike at 7:05 am.
MEET: 7400 High Ridge, Don Haskins Recreation Center. Meet by the playground picnic tables under the canopy.

RATING: This will be a moderate hike with some elevation gain, scrambling and plenty of loose rocks on the trail.

BRING: sturdy shoes, walking stick, water and a fun, friendly and positive attitude.

Participants should be in good physical condition to attend this outing. Folks with an underlying medical condition should avoid moderate and strenuous outings. Participants who RSVP yes also agree to the Release of Liability statement located under the "What we're about" heading.

For safety reasons, we hike together and support each other as a group/team, with the leader in control. We stop, rest, eat, etc. together. No one will be allowed to hike ahead at any time. If you are unwilling to comply with this, please do not sign up. Thank-you
