This is a group of Software Engineering and technology enthusiasts who want to learn, not just from speakers and renowned experts in their field, but from each other and more importantly, from you. What tools and techniques do you use to deliver good software, what does good software even mean? How do you handle the myriad of technology and the explosion of security threats? We want to talk about it.
This group wants to contribute and be part of this community, formal speaking isn’t always easy, we are focused on generating meaningful and effective conversations.
Meetups will use the OST (Open Space Technology) format, which focuses on empowering individuals to collaborate, debate and generates published output to take way from the session.
Open Space operates under four principles and one law. The four principles are: 1. Whoever comes are the right people 2. Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened. 3. When it starts is the right time 4. When it's over it's over The Law is known as the Law of Two Feet: "If you find yourself in a situation where you are not contributing or learning, move somewhere where you can." The four principles and the law work to create a powerful event motivated by the passion and bounded by the responsibility of the participants.
Join us, we’d love you to be part of the conversation.
