Saltwater Sound Healing + Reiki by the Pool

An evening of deep, nourishing rest. Sound healing with Jessica Gaines and Reiki with Pam Benedetto beside a glowing saltwater pool in Eliot, ME. Followed by optional swim (and hot tub!), outdoor shower, and fresh cold-pressed juice for purchase by Everyday Juice Boost. This offering is very different in tone, form and energy from a Sacred Sound Circle. Sound Healing is more akin to a traditional sound bath - where participants rest laying down. The healing vibrations of crystal bowls and spiritual songs will be amplified by the water, creating a powerful soundscape to soothe your nervous system and invite deep rest.
