Reiki Level One Training – Learn to Heal with Energy

Join me for Reiki Level One and learn how to activate and work with universal life force energy. This is a beautiful and sacred entry point into becoming a healer — for yourself and for the world around you.
Reiki Level One is the first step in learning how to channel healing energy with intention. In this training, students will receive an energetic attunement that opens the flow of Reiki within the body and learn how to use this gentle, powerful energy for self-healing and for offering healing to others.
This course is designed for anyone who feels called to deepen their spiritual journey, connect more fully with their intuition, or explore energy healing. No prior experience is necessary — only a willingness to learn and an open heart.
In this training, you will learn:

• The history and principles of Reiki
• How energy flows through the body and how it affects our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
• Basic chakra knowledge and how to work with the energy centers
• Techniques for grounding, clearing, and protecting your energy
• How to give a full Reiki session to yourself and others
• How to establish and maintain energetic boundaries
• Practices to support intuitive deepening and self-trust

Cost of the course is $355 which includes two Saturdays of training (10am-3pm), a Reiki Level One attunement, a comprehensive manual, hands-on practice, and a certificate of completion.

This is a two-day, in-person training to allow for deep integration, hands-on support, and embodied learning. Space is intentionally limited to maintain an intimate, nurturing environment.
