Did you know we all experience emotions in our own unique ways? This emotion-focused art workshop is inviting you to self-exploration.
What to expect:
After taking a few quiet moments to connect inwards, you’ll be invited to explore your feelings through images, textures, colours, and words.
You can collect materials that represent what is alive inside you and create your own visual expression through collage. You’ll have access to a selection of magazines, inspiring materials, and art supplies to cut, arrange, layer, and transform your ideas into something new. You are welcome to work quietly and independently, or connect and chat with others. At the end of the workshop, we’ll take some time to reflect on the process and, optionally share what we created.
