Do you sometimes struggle to ask for what you need?
Or say yes to things you didn't want?
Do you want to explore consent in an inclusive & safer space?
Join LaMariposa; a Psychotherapist, Embodiment & Consent Facilitator for this transformative 1-day workshop.
Optimize your life as we explore some dynamics of consent, including the shadows, in an embodied & down-to-earth way.
This is an invitation to slow down & bring more awareness to your inner process in an inclusive & safer space. The workshop includes experiential embodiment & consent practices, discussions/verbal sharings & regular breaks. You always have choice as to whether & to what degree you engage.
