Wonderful opportunity to volunteer at the upcoming Mayor's Back to School Fest presented by Shell! The event will take place on Saturday, August 5, 2023 in Halls A and B of the George R. Brown Convention Center. Please ensure you report to the event on time for check in. Parking for volunteers is available in Lot C of Minute Maid Park.
Volunteers must complete the waiver form that is provided in the link. The volunteer assignments require walking and standing.
The shifts needed are 6:30am – 10:30am, 10:30am – 2:30am, and all-day volunteers. Breakfast and/or lunch will be provided to all volunteers. Feel free to choose which shift makes most sense for you.
**There will be a virtual volunteer orientation on Wednesday, August 2nd at 6pm. You will receive additional correspondence closer to the event date. **
