Matt focuses on early-stage company building, partnering closely with founders to navigate the path from product inception to operational scale.
Previously, he led AI investing at 645 Ventures, supporting technical product development at companies including Agency (AgentOps) and Cube.dev. 

Prior, Matt advised and invested at the intersection of infrastructure technology and enterprise software at Bain & Company and Insight Partners. He also serves as a Chapter Lead for BLCK VC, supporting Black investors and entrepreneurs. Matt earned his BA in Psychology and Computer Science from Harvard.
