This will be an experiential session, involving breath, movement, energy awareness and
nervous-system tools, while Caleb demonstrates the SoT app and its interactive exercises.
Blending his background in applied mathematics and astronomy, four years of chiropractic
and nervous-system study, energetic practices, flow states and self-organizing systems,
Caleb brings these different worlds together into a practical exploration of human potential.

As external technology accelerates, the session asks a simple question:
