By popular demand, our Kimchi Making Class is back for Round 4!
At 12PM & 2PM on Sunday 6 Sep, we're hosting a small kimchi making class in a private kitchen in Southbank.
This time, we're making three different kinds of kimchi in one class.
파김치 (Spring Onion Kimchi)
양배추김치 (Cabbage Kimchi)
마늘쫑김치 (Garlic Scape Kimchi)
The session will be led by a Korean chef Asher(기훈) who will guide the process from start to finish, showing a simple and repeatable way to make kimchi at home.
During the session, everyone will make their own personal portion of kimchi, following each step together.
Apron, gloves, and trays will be provided, so you can join without any preparation.
Throughout the process, there will be small tastings.
At the end of the session, you'll take home the kimchi you made yourself.
This class is designed to feel easy to follow, so anyone can make kimchi at home after.
