breathwork is a powerful yet gentle way of accessing the subconscious. It is a way of accessing altered states of conscious for healing, balancing, regulating the nervous system, and finding clarity.

Zachary Koop works in a clinical practice and guides breathwork trainings and retreats, teaching the science of breathwork as a tool for mental, emotional, and physical health.
