Group goal
The goal of this group is to create a safe, welcoming space for people to relax, unwind, and reconnect with themselves and others. The focus is on wellbeing, gentle healing, and building a supportive community where people can step away from daily stress and simply be.

Who I’m hoping to meet
This group is for anyone interested in relaxation, self-care, and personal wellbeing. I’m hoping to meet open-minded, kind people who enjoy calm, nurturing experiences and meaningful connection. No previous experience with meditation or sound healing is needed — everyone is welcome.

What we’ll do at events
Events will centre around relaxation and restoration. Sessions may include guided relaxation, mindfulness, gentle breathing practices, and sound baths using instruments such as singing bowls and other therapeutic sounds. There will also be time to settle in and ground afterwards.

You’re welcome to take part at your own comfort level.
