Music Bingo

We’ve decided the Burlington Legion is now part of our social calendar. Oops 🙄

We’re heading back for another night of music bingo which is basically regular bingo after it discovered Spotify and became significantly more fun.

There’s nothing to prepare for or be remotely good at. Your card has song titles instead of numbers. They play a clip of a song, you recognize it, mark it off and carry on.
This is NOT competitive music trivia. After 15-20 seconds the song title appears on the screen so you won’t miss anything. Recognizing the song before it pops up is merely an opportunity to feel quietly smug for a few seconds. 🙌

And yes, it’s at the Legion.
Do not underestimate the Legion.

The crowd is fun, the music is great, people sing along and the drink prices appear to have missed several important economic developments of the past decade. 🍺

It’s an easy, casual night for meeting new people, having a few laughs and discovering that your brain can somehow remember every word to a song from 1987 while forgetting why you walked into the kitchen.
