What we’re about

Path to Peace is a community for service members, veterans, first responders, and the families who love them. This group creates a safe, supportive space to reconnect with calm, rebuild resilience, and find healing through education, mindful practices, and compassionate community.

Group Goal
To bring people together who are ready for stress relief, nervous-system support, emotional grounding, and meaningful connection. Our goal is to help individuals and families strengthen their inner peace while building a community where no one feels alone.

Who We’re Hoping to Meet
Active-duty members, veterans, first responders, spouses, partners, adult children, and caregivers navigating stress, burnout, or the invisible wounds of service. Anyone seeking healthier coping tools, community, and a judgment-free environment is welcome.

What We Do at Our Events
All gatherings are currently hosted virtually. Sessions include education on nervous-system health and resilience, breathwork practices, mindfulness and guided meditation, iRest-informed relaxation, and trauma-informed yoga therapy that is accessible to all levels. Each event also includes space for engagement, reflection, and community connection.
Our first in-person retreat will be held in Fall 2026.

And More
Path to Peace offers monthly themes, journaling prompts, optional workshops, and opportunities for deeper engagement through shared practices. Everything is delivered in a supportive, trauma-informed, family-friendly way.
