Path to Peace is a gentle, trauma-informed 6-week yoga therapy and mindfulness program designed specifically for military service members, veterans, first responders, and their families. The program blends breathwork, guided meditation, yoga therapy, iRest practices, nervous system education, journaling, and community support to help participants reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and rebuild inner and relational resilience.

This Orientation Call is your introduction to the full Path to Peace experience. During this call, I’ll walk you through how the program works, what to expect, what you’ll receive, and what your weekly commitments will look like. There is no cost for this program during the pilot phase, but active participation is required.

About the 6-Week Program:

• A step-by-step framework that moves from stabilizing the body and breath to reconnecting with clarity, purpose, and inner steadiness
• Gentle movement practices appropriate for all bodies and fitness levels
• Breathwork and meditation tools designed to reduce stress and support restorative sleep
• iRest Yoga Nidra practices — a clinically proven protocol used by the VA and military hospitals to help with PTSD, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and overall emotional resilience
• Weekly journal prompts and reflective exercises
• A private online community for daily check-ins, accountability, and support
• The Path to Peace Starter Kit and journal to guide your home practice
• A weekly feedback form to help us improve the program and support future grant funding
