This workout is designed to give you the most benefit from your time in the gym. Bring your lock, and be prepared to pay the $8 drop in fee (if you aren't a member), but it's free for your first session. Please RSVP to me on Meetup, and if you have signed up for an event and can't make it, please message to let me know that you can't make it. Otherwise, I look forward to seeing you at the gym! Afterward, we can have a Shwarma at Shwarma Moose across the street (optional).

P.S. I am not a personal trainer, but i am happy to share what knowledge I have, so that you can get the support I didn't have when I first joined - without the benefit of the personal trainer that I hired 6 months into my own fitness journey.
