New Chapter - Break-up Support Group: 1st Meeting

Hey Everyone,

I can now confirm our first event! Join us on Thursday 5th February at 20:15 Uhr for an intimate, two-hour gathering in a cosy, private space near U-Grenzallee (U7, Neukölln).

This isn’t just a place to vent; it’s a space to be heard, to process, and to start reclaiming the narrative in your life. Whether your heartbreak is still freshly pulsing or it aches quietly in the background, this is a space to share your story, to swap insights, and to re-charge your batteries with the energy needed to survive, to heal and ultimately grow.
Let's harness the power of this major life-change and convert it into something that will serve you long into your future!

What to Expect for the first session:
Arrive & Settle ~ Find a spot, grab some tea/light snacks in the provided kitchen, get comfortable and settle in.

👋Introductions ~ A brief round of names, backgrounds, something about you.

❤️‍🩹Open Circle ~ Share a summary of your story (if you feel ready).

📚Tools ~ Share what you have found to be useful in aiding your recovery (tips, resources, perspectives).

👥Pairwork Connection ~ Smaller pair-work to relate on the highs and lows of your journeys so far.

Privacy & Respect: It is expected of attendees to maintain respect and privacy for our fellow attendees! Everything shared remains strictly confidential. We are here to support, not to 'fix' or give unsolicited advice. 'The fixing' can only come from you. Everyone's healing journey is unique to them. Whether you are one week or one year post-breakup, you are welcome here.

Limited Capacity: Despite the huge interest expressed, for practical reasons the capacity for the first session is 12 attendees. If the event is full, please join the Waitlist! Spots often open up 24 hours before, and waitlisted members will be prioritised for the second session.**

Contribution fee (€7): In order to cover the cost of renting the space and to minimise no-shows.
