Looking to open up a real estate fund for investors that will eventually morph into a real estate investing company!!!Looking to keep the number of investors low. Everyone will have a say about which kind of investment they think the fund should invest. Commercial? Residential? Wholesaling? SFH?....Eventually , after talking with everyone and hearing everyones ideas (remember ONLY LOOKING FOR LIKE 3-4 PEOPLE)we will come to an agreement on which real estate sector and location (probably NYC) we will invest in. Each member will put in funds and have different agreed upon roles in the company but will have equity in the company, according to how much each investor puts in.
This group is for anyone in and around NYC looking to start a Real Estate Investment Company and be an active partner of the company. We will meetup at an agreed upon time and location to discuss how to proceed.
This is a perfect group for a person who has been eyeing a certain property but cannot come up with the funds. If when we meet up and talk about and see the property and we agree that it has potential then welcome aboard!
