THE ULTIMATE SUMMER SALAD COOKING CLASS

Introducing the ultimate summer salad, a delightful creation that promises to be the highlight of any garden party, serving up to 10 people with its generous portions. Forget the ordinary pasta salads and mundane side dishes; this salad is a burst of originality and flavor that will leave everyone craving more. Featuring perfectly cooked pearl couscous, each grain distinct and tender with my own technique, this salad is infused with the invigorating freshness of mint leaves, zesty lemon, crisp cucumber, sweet cherry tomatoes, aromatic scallions, and the earthy notes of herbes de Provence. Topped with creamy feta cheese and rich kalamata black olives, this salad is a symphony of tastes. Ensure it’s served chilled by refrigerating it a few hours before the event, and finish it off with my homemade dressing just before serving for the perfect touch.

Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! Each cooking class will approximately last 60 minutes and LIMITED to 10 guests so please RESERVE your seat! The fee to attend the class is $35 that you can pay via Paypal, Zelle or Venmo. Payment should be received 48 hours prior to the class.

Our online classes are interactive so you will be able to ask questions while we cook together. Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients. You will learn some cooking techniques and tips while creating the most tasteful French Cuisine.
