MEDITERRANEAN VEGETABLE NAPOLEON COOKING CLASS
Details
Mediterranean Vegetable Napoléon
Join me on Saturday, August 8th, and learn how to prepare my Mediterranean Vegetable Napoléon! 👨🍳
During this class, we'll create this elegant, layered Mediterranean dish featuring roasted red bell peppers, toasted eggplant, crispy breadcrumbs, melted mozzarella, fresh herbs, garlic, scallions, capers, optional anchovies, and a generous spread of my homemade pesto. Every layer is packed with vibrant Mediterranean flavors, making it a delicious vegetarian main course or an impressive appetizer to share.
✨ Sharon-Los Angeles:
"Chef Francois!!! Thank you soooo much for a perfect evening! My family and friends could not stop talking about it. EVERYONE loved the Mediterranean Vegetable Napoleon, even the meat eaters. Everyone loved the pesto and the explosion of flavors in the food. Perfection! You are the best Chef! Thanks again “"
