Workshop Selections:
WORKSHOPS - CHOOSE TWO:

___Meditation - A Variety of Practices Continue working with Elizabeth Bava to discover/rekindle meditative practices to deepen your personal spiritual wellness. Develop ways to live in a heart centered life with greater selflove and love of the Divine. Clear and balance your energy flow in a safe environment.

___Art of Spirituality This workshop, presented by Paul Britner, builds on the ancient Hindu practice of creating mandalas as spiritual expressions by using similar forms for emotional well-being and transformation.

___Small Group Check-In and Introduction to Spiritual Direction Christian Mollitor will lead participants in sharing their thoughts or feelings to foster connection and a positive atmosphere, followed by an introduction to spiritual direction, with reflection on where the Divine/Sacredness is present and absent in our lives.

___Journaling the Spirit: “I am…” Margie Riley will guide participants with writing prompts designed to explore individual thoughts about Spirit and how it manifests in a variety of ways, sharing with each other (as comfortable to do so) to enrich and extend their thinking.

___Practicing on the Mystical Path Sunday Cote will lead participants in experiencing the mystical practice of non-dual consciousness, drawing from several practices from the Wisdom traditions of Christianity, Buddhism, and New Thought Spirituality. Explore what it is, what it’s not, and its benefits. Engage in practice together. Whether you are completely new to this practice or consider yourself a seasoned practitioner, you will have a chance to learn something new, deepen in your practice, and connect with others exploring the mystical path. No prior experience required!
