Join us for a grounding, all-levels yoga class designed to help you breathe, stretch, and reconnect. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular on the mat, this class is a welcoming space to move mindfully, release tension, and build strength from the inside out.

We’ll flow through a gentle sequence focused on flexibility, balance, and breathwork—perfect for relaxing your body and calming your mind.
