Everyone has an opinion about what AI is going to do to your job. Very few people have a plan.
This is a meetup for the people in between the hype and the panic: engineers, product folks, operators, and business owners who are trying to figure out what to actually learn, actually build, and actually start doing in the next twelve months.
We're not here to demo the newest model or argue about AGI timelines. We're here for the less glamorous question: given where you sit, what should you do differently on Monday?
