This is a meetup for the people in between the hype and the panic: engineers, product folks, operators, and business owners who are trying to figure out what to actually learn, actually build, and actually stop doing in the next twelve months.
We're not here to demo the newest model or argue about AGI timelines. We're here for the less glamorous question: given where you sit, what should you do differently on Monday?
Each session mixes a short talk with real working time. Expect topics like:

• Which parts of your work are worth automating, and which parts are your actual leverage
• What "AI fluency" means for a non-engineer running a business
• How teams are really shipping with these tools, including the parts that go badly
• Building a personal skill roadmap that survives the next model release
