**interest for pole dance/ aerial hoop / aerial hammocks class at Rising Goddess

Hi ladies, I have some updates on this event. First- the date has changed accordining to studio availability.

We will get to try at least two apparatuses during our time together- I will comment with the options below, please “like” your top two options. Choices are aerial hammocks, pole and aerial hoop.

Minimum of 8 people, max of 10. We currently have more than 10 people interested so will operate on a first come first served basis, or if we can get 16 we can do two simultaneous groups.

A 90 minute (two apparatus) slot costs $55 per person.Please venmo or zelle me

We have several QG members who regularly attend at Rising Goddess including myself who can all attest to how awesome of a place it is! Parties are designed with the absolute beginner in mind. No experience required. All body types and fitness levels welcome. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
