Overview: AI for Everyone - Connecting Business, Technology & Humanity. Join us in Philadelphia for a groundbreaking half-day of conversations & lightning talks designed for leaders, innovators and interested minds across the region. We've secured experts from diverse industries to cut through the fluff and dive deep into relevant generative-AI related topics.
The afternoon is hosted by Keith McMenamin & Christie Mealo. Come for a few sessions or the entire afternoon. Agenda includes many notables in the region.

12 pm - Opening Remarks
12:15 - Matt Konwiser, Regional CTO AI & Automation for IBM delivers the opening keynote to kick off the day.
1pm - Dave Birdwell (Soni Resources) tackles questions surrounding "The Candidate Vs. The Client - AI's future in Human Capital" in a lightning talk.
1:15 - Michael Pompey (CIO, Girl Scout of Eastern PA) - digs into the Next Wave of Organizational Culture and Battle ground for Talent
1:30 PM - Mark Wheeler (GSA, former City of Philadelphia CIO) offers his expertise on "Government Guidance - AI Policies and Procurement"

2 PM - Manail Anis Ahmed (Center for AI & Digital Policy) will deliver a featured mid-day keynote diving into "AI Literacy & Responsible Use"

3 PM - Chris Glanden (Barcode Security Podcast) exposes the "War Machine: Protecting Organizations Against Weaponized AI"
3:15 PM - Julia Soffa (Women Defining AI) shares an important message around "Leveraging AI to reduce Burnout: Strategies for Digital Wellbeing"
3:30 pm - Hugo Lai (Temple Health), Mariano Mattai (Azzur Group) & Nini Waring in a panel discussing how companies can properly begin implementing gen-AI and offer methods to effectively evaluate the organizational investment once started.

The half-day event will take place on June 5, 2024 at the Netrality Data Center, strategically located at 401 N. Broad Street. This site is renowned for its significant role in the region’s tech ecosystem. This venue provides the technological infrastructure necessary for a high-caliber event and aims to symbolize the innovative spirit of Philadelphia as an emerging technology hub. Gathering runs from 12 - 5 PM. Tours are available throughout the day.
