Class Description: The Spiritual Development for Sensitive Souls class is intended for people who identify themselves as an intuitive or empathic being-people who are sensitive to outside energies and take on other people's emotions. This class is a safe haven for those who have a connection to the metaphysical world, and would like to come together with other individuals who want to learn, share, and grow in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Objective: In this class you will learn how to ground and center yourself. You will learn techniques to shield and protect yourself from unbalanced and negative energies. Balance and clear your energy centers through different methods such as visualization, meditation and energy work. You will also be shown methods that will allow you to develop your intuition. Other topics that will be covered are crystals, phases of the moon, colors, planets, eclipses, and more.

This class is for you if you answer yes to one or more of these questions:

1. Are you an emotional sponge?

2. Do you easily pick up on other people’s energy or emotions?

3. Do you have trouble shielding yourself from other people's experiences?

4. Do you always know or have unexplained feelings about people or events that transpire?

5. Do you feel out of place or that you just don’t belong?

6. Do you receive messages in the dream state, asleep or awake?

7. Do you often know things about people that you can’t explain how you know?

8. Do you feel alone with no one to turn to for help or for answers or assistance?

Christian and Nancy are two people just like you who have journeyed through difficult times of confusion and uncertainty. They have both had many experiences that have taken them on a path of seeking what knowledge, tools or techniques they could to bring relief in their sometimes confused and overwhelmed states of being. Throughout each of their personal journeys they have discovered certain things that have brought them both a tremendous amount of relief allowing them to navigate the world with ease and comfort. It is no accident that the Universe has brought these two together to share collectively of their knowledge of how to spiritually develop your sensitive soul.

Realizing there were not many options out there for people to go to for answering the same questions they had along their path, they are here to share with you what they have learned to living an easier life as a sensitive soul. In a group setting they will help guide you by giving you tools and teaching you techniques that they both have learned and developed on their own journeys.
