# Reiki & Recovery

Reiki & Recovery is a secular, inclusive peer support community for anyone navigating recovery, healing, and personal growth.

Facilitated by Suzie Paszek, Reiki Master Teacher and Reiki practitioner at Healing Light Studios in Howell, MI, this group brings together Reiki and recovery in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Through Reiki, grounding, meditation, breathwork, heart-centered practices, and open conversation, we explore healing on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Recovery looks different for everyone. Whether you are recovering from substance use, trauma, grief, unhealthy relationships, burnout, or simply seeking greater balance and connection, you are welcome here.

No Reiki attunement, certification, or previous experience is required. You can come to receive, learn, share, observe, or simply hold space for others.

This is a peer support group, not therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment. There is no required religion, belief system, or spiritual path. We honor each person's individual journey and meet one another with compassion and respect.

This is a free community offering. Donations are welcome but never required.
