- What we plan to do: “Watch Your Mouth: Understanding the Power of the Tongue” is our current Bible study. Your greatest weapon — for good or for evil — is in your mouth. Bible teacher Dr. Tony Evans has produced a life-changing resource to help Christians learn to tame their tongues. Get inspired by Dr. Tony’s teaching on the tongue — and model with your mouth the character of God. Do not let your words bring cursing or destruction to yourself and / or those you love. Instead, let your words minister to and speak life into each person with whom you spend time or each person whom you meet or each person with whom you communicate. * What to bring: a Bible; also, we encourage you to bring a single friend who is 20 or older. * Important to know: This Bible study meeting is open to single adults of all ages, 20 and older, from all churches. Also, we are meeting inside the "Upper Room" inside the main building at the Community Christian Church of Greenwood campus (1477 West Main Street, Greenwood, Indiana). Soon after you arrive at the CCCG campus, park in one of the parking spaces that are slightly south of the main building at the CCCG campus, then enter that building through the main entrance on the south side of that building, then ascend the stairs that you see in front of you to the upper floor of that building, then walk forward to and through the upper-floor entrance of the worship center, and then turn into the "Upper Room".
