Sound Bath- Blue Moon

Utah Alternative Therapy will be offering a sound bath event led by professional counselors who will use integrative healing elements including psychoeducation, meditation, and guided intentions.

A Blue Moon in Sagittarius is a rare invitation to expand — to let your awareness stretch toward the horizon while keeping one foot on the ground. This session works with expansion and orientation, using sound bowls and chimes to carry you outward, with gentle reminders to look around and notice you are safe. Dream wide. Come back. Repeat.
