Sound Healing

Join Lesley Conant of Awakened Energy for a relaxing Sound Journey designed to help you unwind, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. Through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, participants are invited to rest, receive, and experience stillness, relaxation, and renewal.
This experience is offered on a love offering/appreciation donation basis. Chairs are provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats or meditation cushions.
