Living Freely: Healing Your Mind, Body & Soul
Details
Living Freely: Healing Your Mind, Body & Soul
Monthly: 3rd Wednesday of each Month
Starting Sept. 16th
6:30 - 8:00 PM
What would your life feel like if you were a little more free?
Free from old stories.
Free from limiting beliefs.
Free from patterns that keep repeating.
Free from what you have carried for far too long.
Living Freely is an experiential well-being community group dedicated to exploring the many pathways that can help us release what limits us and cultivate greater freedom, wholeness, and well-being in mind, body, and soul.
Together, we'll explore a wide variety of practices and modalities—from mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, journaling, movement, creativity, energy, sound, and somatic practices to ancient wisdom traditions and contemporary approaches to personal growth and well-being. Each gathering may offer something different: a practice to experience, an idea to explore, something to release, or another way of listening to the wisdom within.
There is no single path to greater well-being. What opens a door for one person may be completely different from what opens it for another. Living Freely provides a welcoming environment to explore, experience, and discover practices that resonate with you. Participation is always voluntary. You are encouraged to take what supports you, leave what doesn't, and make choices that honor your own well-being.
An important part of Living Freely is sharing the journey together. Each gathering will include time to reflect on how the practices are working in our individual lives—what we are noticing, what is shifting, what feels helpful, and even what doesn't resonate. Through honest conversation and shared experience, we support and learn from one another as each person discovers their own pathway to greater well-being and freedom.
Living Freely isn't simply about letting go of the past. It's about creating the inner space to live more fully in the present and to step into the life that is waiting to be lived.
· Release what limits you.
· Reconnect with yourself.
· Discover what supports your well-being.
· Live more fully. Live more freely.
A Note About Well-Being
Living Freely is a personal growth and well-being community group and is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of physical or mental health conditions.
The practices and modalities shared within the group are offered for education, personal exploration, self-awareness, and the cultivation of overall well-being. Participants are encouraged to honor their own needs and limitations and to consult qualified medical, mental health, or other licensed professionals when appropriate.
