The SJRA is hosting talk and book signing with retired Florida Game Warden, storyteller, and author Bob H. Lee on Sunday afternoon, November 2, at the Welaka Women's Club building.

We'll provide the refreshments and you'll provide the questions for Bob!

Bob is a native Floridian, who grew up on the shores of a small lake in the community of Lutz, thirteen miles north of Tampa. In June of 1975, he graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Bob and his wife moved to Putnam County in 1977, where his first duty assignment was as a St. Johns River water patrol officer with the then Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission. Bob received a promotion to lieutenant in 1989 and became land patrol supervisor over Putnam, St. Johns, and Flagler Counties until the end of his career, when he began writing.

To learn more about Bob, his remarkable career in northeast Florida, and his often comical books about his professional life (which will be available to purchase), visit his website.
