Monthly Elm Meeting #18

This is meet up #18! We are Elm beginners and experts who meet (mostly) once a month. Our meetings include mostly talking and coding. If you would like to code, be sure to bring your laptop.

We will have a couple of talks where Christoph Poelt will present a new package he wrote recently and Martin Belza will talk about Typesafe translations.
