If you've been around in the space of personal development, you may have heard the saying "You can't heal what you can't feel".

While this is true, this can also be very perplexing. What if I can't access these emotions on a deep level? What if I know these things about myself intellectually, but I have a hard time accessing them emotionally? Why can't I feel or connect more deeply?

If you've wondered these exact things, you are not alone. And let me re-assure you: there is absolutely nothing wrong with you.

I found myself in a very similar situation a few years ago, wondering if I might be deffective or broken.

Our capacity for feeling isn’t just about feeling our emotions. It is also our capacity to feel OURSELVES. Our needs and desires. Our boundaries. The ebbs and flows of our life force. It’s our ability to come to a place of deep belonging within ourselves.

Looking back I can see that I had to go through a thawing process. And as I have discovered (and to my great surprise) my capacity to feel is actually immense... As is yours.

And is single handedly what has allowed me and continues to allow me to come home to myself. To heal deep emotional wounds. To have deep intimacy with myself AND with others.

Join us for this introductory workshop and conversation. The workshop will be 30 to 40 minutes with plenty of times afterwards for Q & A.
