How Awareness Changes the Brain — An In-Person Experience
Details
This in-person session explores how small shifts in awareness affect attention, perception, and how the brain organizes experience.
This is not a lecture and not a meditation class. It’s a simple, guided exploration where you observe changes directly—how attention stabilizes, mental noise softens, and perception becomes clearer.
There are no apps, tools, or guided audio, and nothing to believe or achieve.
No prior meditation experience is required. You can participate at your own pace.
What Will Actually Happen
A brief, plain-language framing of awareness vs. attention (5–10 minutes)
A short, eyes-open noticing exercise while seated
A simple explanation of what’s happening in the brain
A second, slightly deeper noticing exercise
Optional group reflection and quiet integration
