East Village Sandwich Crawl

Details
Hey foodies! I’m organizing a sandwich crawl in the East Village to hit some of the best sandwich spots in the neighborhood.
Here’s the plan:
6:00pm – Danny and Coop’s Cheesesteaks (American)
(Closes at 7PM, so try to arrive promptly)
Start with juicy Philly cheesesteaks. Classic ribeye with melted cheese on a perfect roll is the only thing on their menu. This is heavy, even for a cheesesteak, so I recommend splitting it into fourths or saving the rest for takeout.
Next stop – Carnitas Ramirez (Mexican)
Next, enjoy delicious tacos. Their Surtida and Lengua are crowd favorites.
Then – Xe May Sandwich Shop (Vietnamese)
A casual Vietnamese sandwich shop known for its fresh takes on the classic bánh mì. The standout item at Xe Máy Sandwich Shop is the Super Cub Classic bánh mì.
Final stop – Sunnie and Annie’s Deli (Korean-American Fusion)
Wrap up the crawl at Sunnie & Annie’s, known for its creative sandwiches. Their standout items are the pho-inspired sandwiches, but they also offer a wide variety of sandwiches with unique ingredients. Open 24/7, it’s the perfect casual spot to end the crawl.
Most of the sandwiches are easy to split or save for takeout if you want to share or pace yourself.
I’m also open to any suggestions for what to do afterward. Since we’re in the St. Mark’s Place area, we have plenty of options. From karaoke at Sing Sing, to arcade games at Barcade, or darts, pool, and skee-ball at Ace Bar or any other activity
Let me know if you're in!
