Theory discussion: The Illusory Self

For this meetup, we will highlight the Theory section of the app for a discussion of "The Illusory Self".

• Although not mandatory, it may be helpful to listen to this series prior to the meeting.
• Bring any questions or comments that arise from the course.
• Be prepared to discuss the concept of self and how your thoughts on a "self" have changed over time.
• Identify the role that a "self" plays in your meditation as well as outside of it and any similarities or differences between the two.
