What we’re about
We’re a growing community of hot spring lovers, outdoor adventurers, and desert dreamers who care deeply about keeping Nevada’s wild soaks clean, welcoming, and preserved for future generations. Our mission is simple: enjoy these sacred spaces while taking responsibility for their care.
For our first community building event, we’re putting together a small, intentional crew (roughly 15–20 people) for a desert weekend of soaking, stargazing, and helping breathe a little life back into Spencer Hot Springs—one of Nevada’s most special wild places.
We believe hot springs are more than just a place to relax—they’re gathering grounds, healing zones, and vital pieces of Nevada’s natural and cultural landscape. As usage grows, so does our responsibility to leave these places better than we found them.
Our first group effort is the Spencer Hot Springs Revival, a collaborative project centered around one of central Nevada’s most iconic desert springs. We’re organizing a weekend trip (June 27–29, 2025) to clean up the area, remove trash, and potentially install a new soaking tub to help restore the space for long-term, low-impact use. The trip will be small and intentional—focused on connection, stewardship, and a shared love of wild places.
Leading up to the event, we’re hosting planning meetups, community hangouts, and gear-prep days in the Reno area. It’s all about building trust, getting to know each other, and setting the tone for what we hope will be an ongoing movement to protect Nevada’s natural soaking spots.
If you’ve ever soaked under the stars and thought, “I want to help keep this beautiful,” you’re in the right place.
All are welcome. No egos, no pressure—just good people doing good work in great places.
