Regular drop in and free Improvisation Taster classes for people with depression, anxiety and low self esteem. Gentle introduction to comedy improv in a supportive environment for the shy ones amongst us :)
We run a few free taster workshops throughout October and November to give you a glimpse into how comedy improv can lighten up your daily life and your inner thought pattern.
The lessons are taught by Karolina (that’s me :)) an improviser, actor and improvisation coach with 6 years of improv experience. I have been working as a coach for the past 3 years, hosting courses for people who want to perform on stage and people who want to use improv to improve their overall well being and boost their confidence. As I have struggled with depression throughout my life, my drop in classes “improv(e) your confidence” are very close to my heart. Improvisation has helped me tremendously in gaining back my sense of self and facing everyday challenges and my own nagging inner judge in a more positive and effective way. Plus it’s a lot of fun and a perfect tool to bond with others.
